REFUND POLICY

At Exclusive Treasure, we aim to make every purchase experience simple and satisfying. Each product we create is handled with care, and every print is inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with clear and fair refund options.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are offered in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.
  • You received the wrong item or print compared to your order.
  • The product has visible quality issues (misprint, torn material, or faded design) on delivery.
  • Your order was cancelled by Exclusive Treasure due to inventory or payment processing issues.

Customized or personalized products are non-refundable, except where the error is proven to be on our end (wrong design, damaged print, or defective product).

2. Refund Process

  1. Initiate a Request:
    Contact our support team at info.exclusivetreasure@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Mention your order ID, issue details, and attach photos if possible.
  2. Review & Approval:
    Our team will inspect your case. If approved, we’ll notify you via email and initiate the refund process.
  3. Product Pickup (if required):
    For damaged or incorrect products, a return pickup will be scheduled. Please keep the product unused and in its original packaging.
  4. Refund Initiation:
    Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be initiated within 2–3 working days.

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.).
  • If your payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue the refund via bank transfer or UPI after verification.
  • Refunds cannot be converted into store credits or gift cards at this time.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable under the following conditions:

  • If the product has been used, washed, or tampered with after delivery.
  • If more than 3 days have passed since receiving the order.
  • If the product was customized as per your design and meets the approved preview.
  • If the return is initiated due to personal dislike, change of mind, or minor print variations (color, brightness, or texture differences).
  • If the damage is caused by improper handling or misuse after delivery.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective delivery.
  • If a customer chooses to return a non-defective item, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Only one product in a multi-item order is eligible for refund.
  • The issue affects only part of the order and not the entire shipment.

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days from confirmation:

    • First check your bank or payment provider — processing times may vary.
    • If the issue persists, contact us at info.exclusivetreasure@gmail.com with your order ID and refund reference number, and we’ll assist immediately.

8. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before printing or dispatch. Once your product enters the printing stage, cancellation or refund will not be possible, as every item is made to order.

9. Important Notes

  • Exclusive Treasure reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion, based on evidence and inspection.
  • Refund timelines depend on the payment method and banking partner policies.
  • Our aim is always to resolve refund requests fairly, efficiently, and with complete transparency.
