Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns apply only to products that are unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items (those printed with your unique artwork, text or logo) cannot be returned, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Orders must be returned along with original accessories, tags, invoice and packaging.

2. Valid Return Reasons

Returns are accepted for the following cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (printing error, material fault, incorrect product).
  • Item delivered does not match your order (wrong product, size or specification).
  • Major quality issues (fading print, peeling, material tear) observed on receipt.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is damaged or defective, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If you wish to return an item for any other reason (for example: change of mind, found cheaper elsewhere), you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

4. Return Process

    Provide your order ID, details of the issue, and if possible, photographic evidence.
  2. Our support team will review your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization number and instructions for shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely (including all original packaging and accessories) and send it to the address provided.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the return status and next steps (refund or replacement) within 2 working days.

5. Exchanges & Replacements

  • For items eligible under โ€œValid Return Reasons,โ€ you may request a replacement of the same product, size or specification (subject to stock availability).
  • If the replacement is unavailable, you will be offered a full refund as per our Refund Policy.
  • Please note: Customized/personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned once approved for print.

6. Refunds & Credits

  • If a return is approved under this policy, refund processing will follow our separate Refund Policy.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 2โ€“3 working days after inspection and approval.
  • Shipping charges (original or return shipping, where applicable) are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
  • If only part of an order is returned (e.g., one item in a multi-product order), any discount associated with the original order may be recalculated.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (unless faulty) cannot be returned.
  • Items with obvious signs of wear, alteration or misuse are ineligible for returns.
  • Promotional items or bundled gifts may be non-returnable as stated at time of purchase.

8. Goods in Transit & Damages

  • If you receive a product that appears damaged or incorrect, do not discard the original packaging and shipping box โ€” please take photos of the condition before opening the item.
  • Contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery so we can initiate the claim with the courier and process your return or replacement swiftly.

9. Cancellation Prior to Delivery

  • Orders may be cancelled only before printing or dispatch.
  • Once printing has started or the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer accepted as the product has entered the production or shipping phase.

10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. The version posted on our website with the current โ€œEffective Dateโ€ is the one that applies.
